That doesn’t mean there is a perfect set of numbers that guarantees a long life.

The body’s organs perform countless essential tasks every day without drawing attention to themselves. Healthy kidneys filter waste, the liver processes nutrients and medications, and the immune system responds to threats while avoiding unnecessary inflammation. When these systems continue functioning efficiently over decades, they create a strong foundation for healthy aging.
Lifestyle plays an important role in supporting that balance.
